2. Hosting

This website is hosted by:

The hosting provider processes personal data as necessary for the technical provision of this website. This processing takes place under a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

3. Server log data

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technical information required to provide and secure the service. This may include:

The processing is carried out to provide the website securely and reliably and to maintain the functionality and security of the systems used, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website.

We do not use these data for our own marketing or user-tracking purposes.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide solely in order to handle your enquiry and the related communication.

Where the contact relates to entering into or performing a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR is the legal basis. In other cases, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is responding to business enquiries.

The data are deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations or other legitimate grounds require longer storage.

5. Technical Continuity Self-Check

The Technical Continuity Self-Check is calculated locally in your browser so that the result can be shown immediately.

When a completed Self-Check is evaluated, the website also stores a data-minimised record for method validation. The record contains the time of completion, the 12 answer values, the total score, the orientation band and indicators for questions 2, 5 and 10.

The Self-Check application does not add names, email addresses, cookies, session IDs, user-agent strings, referrer data or IP addresses to this assessment log. Technical server log data generated by the hosting environment are separate and are described in section 3 above.

If you subsequently choose to contact us by email, the information you deliberately send is processed as described in section 4.

6. Cookies, analytics and external content

In its current form, this website uses no analytics or marketing services, no social-media plugins, no externally hosted fonts and no non-essential cookies. We do not create user profiles or carry out user-specific tracking.

7. Recipients of personal data

As part of the hosting service, ALL-INKL.COM may have access to technically required data as a processor. Other recipients receive personal data only where necessary to handle an enquiry, perform a contract or comply with legal obligations.

8. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

9. Updates to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy will be updated if the functions of the website, the services used or the applicable legal framework change.
