Who is behind Technical Continuity
Technical substance, not consulting veneer.
Technical Continuity is developed and led by Ronald Reisener, with a background at the intersection of engineering, software, documentation and system responsibility.
For more than 20 years, I have worked with complex technical systems — from medical technology and aviation/A400M to embedded systems, system integration and technical project structures. The same fundamental question comes up repeatedly: is a technical system genuinely under control within the company — or does it work only as long as the right people, tools, utilities and external partners remain available?
Technical Continuity grew out of that experience: a structured way to assess whether critical technical capabilities are anchored within the company, recoverable, and transferable to new people or organisational structures.
Systems perspective
Hardware, software, embedded systems, interfaces and technical dependencies are considered together rather than in isolation.
Critical systems
Experience in environments where traceability, recoverability and well-controlled technical states are essential.
Independent perspective
The assessment is vendor- and product-neutral. It evaluates what is actually available and controllable within the agreed scope.
Where specialist technology expertise is required, external experts can be brought in selectively. Assessment leadership, methodology and responsibility for the result remain clearly with Technical Continuity.
